Description

 

The Senior Analyst, Trade Operations Analytics (SRATOA) will manage DSCSA business processes, product allocations, compliance, strategic and analytical reporting as well as process improvements.  Provide support for daily team and customers interactions.  SRATOA will work collaboratively across many business functions and be an integral team member on the above business responsibilities.  Reports to the Associate Director, Trade Operations (ADTO).  

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Actively involved with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) Business Processes which includes, but not limited to: VRS Support, GLN Onboarding, Communication Routing, Customer Engagement and Serialization/Aggregation related initiatives.
  • Ensure the strategic and analytic businesses are running in an efficient, effective, and compliant manner.
  • Use analytical reasoning to understand the needs of stakeholders and develops new or improves existing processes using task flow and workflow analysis.
  • Support Manager and ADTO in engagements with internal and external business partners such as Sales, Marketing, Forecasting, Contracts, Pricing, and IT to ensure effective customer excellence.
  • Facilitate and perform Compliance related Processes which includes, but not limited to Controlled Order Review, Audit Documentations and DEA Compliance and Regulatory requests.
  • Collaborate with business partners on the product allocations to ensure order management is fully supported.
  • Provide data reports utilizing various system tools such as SAP, Celonis, CX Service Cloud BI and BW.
  • Manage the full Order Management processes and execute electronic (EDI) /manual related sales orders.
  • Execute Controlled Substance Class II-V Management activities (includes Tracking, Process and Rejection of CCI orders and DEA 222 forms).
  • Efficiently manage time distribution between daily business activities and special project participation. 
  • Identify areas for continuous customer satisfaction improvement and overall business process improvements. 
  • Ability to perform deep dive analysis and highlight root causes; link data sources to solve.
  • Ensure company standards and contract obligations are met.
  • Effectively communicate to team members and business partners.
  • Participate and potentially lead trainings related to both business cross-functional and technical requirements.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions and Regulatory Agencies compliance protocols.
  • Assist Team Lead to evaluate reports and functional and system processes.
  • Train on all business and compliant processes/documentations.
  • Understand, assess, and execute all company practices and interfaces with different levels of management.

 

Qualifications 

 

  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experiences in related area
  • 5+ years of business-to-business background preferred.
  • 3+ years in SAP or equivalent ERP preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
