If you want to do the most impactful work of your career, this is where to do it.</p></div><p>$220,000 - $250,000<br>Full-time / Onsite (5 days/week)</p> <h2>About The Role</h2> <p>We’re hiring a high-judgment, execution-oriented Data Manager to run the Data team day to day. This person will drive execution across analytics, data engineering, and operational data work; ensure team goals stay tightly aligned to company priorities; track the KPIs that matter most; and help the team focus on the highest-leverage work across the business.</p> <p>This is a people-and-execution role with real technical depth. The right person can review SQL and Python code, pressure-test technical approaches, and help the team make smart, durable tradeoffs around speed, quality, and complexity. You should also be comfortable using modern AI tools to move faster on analysis, project execution, documentation, and code review.</p> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Manage the day-to-day execution of the Data team, ensuring projects are well scoped, prioritized, and delivered on time</li> <li>Set clear goals for team members, track progress against those goals, and maintain visibility into key team and business KPIs</li> <li>Partner with stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, growth, finance, and leadership to translate business needs into high-quality data work</li> <li>Review technical work including SQL, Python, dashboards, data models, and design docs to maintain quality, reliability, and appropriate handling of sensitive data</li> <li>Support hiring, onboarding, and development of team members</li> <li>Help ensure data practices meet privacy, security,
