Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Your Role Accountabilities…</b></p><ul><li><p>Being a member of Commercial Legal team, advising mainly following teams: IT, technology, sourcing, marketing, including drafting documents, negotiating all phases of transactions, and providing guidance on deal strategy and structure;</p></li><li><p>Draft corporate documentation and handle legal processes for management boards and supervisory boards of Warner Bros. Discovery &amp; TVN companies </p></li><li><p>Guide business on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations as well as with Warner Bros. Discovery &amp; TVN policies</p></li><li><p>Consulting on the management, processes and administration of active agreements, regulatory reporting and other processes</p></li><li><p>Reviewing and updating standard form agreements, creating and maintaining template agreements for key service areas</p></li><li><p>Maintain awareness and understanding of the latest developments in the law and technology as they relate to Warner Bros.
