Job Description

We serve customers to all brands within H&M Group, through their full shopping journey's. 

In the role as a Customer Service Agent we believe that you are an essential part of our customers shopping experience and a vital role within our organisation. You will have responsibility while also having fun.  

Key responsibilities: 

  • Receive contacts from our customers and provide excellent service regardless of situation while also maintaining a high quality of communication 
  • Work in several systems as you will have customer contacts via phone, chat, social media and email 
  • Actively contribute to the work with our values and work environment. Our greatest strengths are feedback and teamwork.  

Qualifications

Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a sales minded, social, open, communicative, and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.  

What you need to succeed: 

  • Highly proficient in spoken and written in either one or more in either Danish or Norwegian  
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English - as part of an international company, a large part of our daily work is done in English 
  • Strong communication skills in writing and speaking - you are H&M's ambassador, and your ability to create good relationships with our customers is the key to success 
  • The role requires that you are efficient, thorough and have a positive approach while maintaining high quality by also continuously improving yourself  
  • Have a good computer skill and enjoys guiding our customers when navigating our digital platforms such as our website and H&M app 

Additional Information

This is a full-time position (on average 37 hours/week) based in Greve, Denmark, starting May 1st 2024. Working hours include daytime, evening, and weekends. You will report to the Danish Team Manager. No relocation package is available and requirement to have the legal right to work in the location will be applied.
