Nimble is looking for a motivated, self starting and experienced Operations Professional to join our growing Partnerships team. The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring port forwarding setups, whitelisting IP addresses, and automating manual processes using robotic process automation (RPA) applications or scripts. Additionally, familiarity with making API requests and scripting to submit files to an SFTP server is required. This role will play a crucial part in streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency across departments within Nimble.

You will:

• Configure and maintain port forwarding setups on our clients’ network to enable vendor integrations
• Utilize RPA applications such as UI Path, Automation Anywhere, or Appian to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain scripts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate automation solutions with existing systems and technologies
• Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Write scripts to submit files securely to SFTP servers and manage file transfers efficiently

What you bring:

• 3+ years of experience in configuring port forwarding setups, whitelisting IP addresses, and automating manual processes
• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in at least one RPA software such as UI Path, Automation Anywhere, or Appian
• Scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and process optimization
• Familiarity with network security principles and best practices
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives across departments
