Product Manager, Dynamics 365 Business Central - Soho Home

The Role…

Soho Home has seen rapid and significant growth in recent years and has just launched a Retail ERP system to support this.

Microsoft Business Central (SaaS) is live across our Retail business – all teams and channels. We are now looking for a Business Central Product Manager to build our roadmap of future optimisations, and ensure we are continuously improving across all areas of the business.

You’ll be working closely with the wider Systems Team and also with our external tech partners. You will be technically adept, with experience of working with Microsoft Business Central (SaaS) in Retail environments. We are looking for a candidate who is organised, positive, and enjoys communicating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

 

Main Duties…

• Delivering the product vision: Collaborating with stakeholders to shape Business Central’s features, roadmap, benefits and vision for Soho Home
• Creating timelines and roadmaps: Developing timelines and roadmaps for development and overseeing delivery with third parties and support from the Head of Systems
• Anticipating and solving problems: Identifying and solving problems that may arise during development and testing across Business Central
• Upgrades: supporting Microsoft upgrades to Business Central supporting testing with third parties and business user acceptance testing
• Business reporting: Reporting on development, testing and deployments. Capturing business feedback to ensure continuous improvement
• Epic prioritisation: Writing epics and user stories and prioritising the backlog for development within Soho Home and with partners
• Working cross functionally: Working with our third-party development agency, with internal resource and across the Business Systems team

 

What We Are Looking For...

• Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is non-negotiable.
• Relevant product management experience outside of Dynamics 365 Business Central is of great benefit.
• Proven experience of working within Retail businesses that have implemented and are using Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Previous experience of working with external developers & internal teams.
