Facilities Administrator

Description

Ojo Santa Fe Spa Resort seeks a Facilities Administrator to assist the Facilities Manager with coordinating daily operations of the Maintenance and Landscaping departments. 

This position will focus on:

• Work orders
• Purchasing
• Vendor coordination
• Research and report preparation
• Compliance
• Work scheduling
• Charge card reconciliation
• Coordination of activities with resort departments

Requirements

• At least two (2) years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably in a facilities department and/or property management industry. Willing to train the right candidate.
• Engineering technical vocabulary a plus.
• Prior experience in hospitality a plus.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Excellent time management, organizational, administrative and multi-tasking skills. Super detailed oriented.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use computers and facility management/work order software a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with unexpected urgent customer needs. Ability to maintain composure under pressure or in stressful situations.
• Collaborative and kind working style. Ability to work independently.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to become certified.
• Ability to walk or stand and move about the resort (both indoors and outdoors) for eight or more hours per day, move on and climb a ladder, sit, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing up to 30 pounds. The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to write and implement written and oral instructions and procedures.
• Due to the natural environment at Ojo Spa Resorts, all staff must be comfortable outdoors performing physical activities, and be able to navigate uneven ground, diverse terrain, multiple stairs, and be prepared to work in unpredictable weather conditions.
