JOB SUMMARY

Join our team at Sunnyside* as a PA Retail Operations Coordinator. You will support the Regional, District and Dispensary leaders as well as additional field teams to achieve our goals.  Success is achieved by ensuring we operate efficiently and in support of our values.  In support of the Regional Director, your day-to-day is focused on making connections and clarifying process for how we operate so our teams can execute varying initiatives flawlessly.  Your attention to detail and strong desire to simplify and improve processes will support us being the dispensary of choice in the communities we serve.

CORE JOB DUTIES 

• Create, manage and distribute schedules for all Pharmacists 1 month in advance, ensuring adequate coverage to certify Medical Patients
• Create, manage and distribute daily rosters for all Pharmacists
• Own creating and distributing monthly newsletter for Pharmacists
• Track all requests for Pharmacists including PTO, sick, days requested in partnership with DM and SM
• Manage the Rival deals tracking sheet 2x a week
• Create PO’s for all East states, including employee samples and regular purchase orders as needed
