Behavioral Health Coach Lead (Pacific Time), Full-Time

Position is remote, 100% tele-health.

**MUST BE ABLE TO WORK Monday-Friday, 11AM-8PM Pacific Time and 1-2 Saturdays a month from 7-11AM Pacific Time**

Bend Health Coaching Services are designed specifically to extend more helpful resources to more families who need help managing the ups and downs of everyday life. As the research shows, mental health coaching is an effective way to manage emotions, challenge negative thinking, and reduce stress and anxiety. 

We are looking for a Behavioral Health Coach Lead passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our clinical team. This position reports to a Clinical Supervisor.

What you’ll do: 

• Supporting the Clinical Supervisor in the onboarding and continuous development of the behavioral health coaches on the team

• Serve as mentor, providing support to behavioral health coaches in delivering high-quality care through quality checks and 1:1 feedback sessions.

• Manage a caseload in addition to Lead Coach duties

• Other duties as assigned

• Practice evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and help our clients meet their goals successfully 

• Partner closely with others in our clinical team, including psychiatric providers, therapists, nurses, and behavioral case managers 

• Participate in training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model

Who you are: 

• ICF Coaching Certification, NB-HWC

• Strong preference for mental health background

• Tech-savvy and comfortable practicing telehealth via video

• Organized and excited by a dynamic environment

• Warm and engaging coaching style

• Passionate about helping kids and teens achieve goals, preferred experience working with children and families

• Ability to work collaboratively with a growth mindset

• Strong organizational skills and excited about a dynamic work environment

• Comfortable with ambiguity while encompassing flexibility and adaptability within the fast-paced environment of a start-up

• Must be able to work Pacific Time Hours (11-8PM PT)
• Availability to work 1-2 Saturdays a month (7-11AM PT)
