Trainer Associate West (Upstream)

Job Description:

• Develop and run sales training and development materials
• Conducting sales team onboarding to implementing training for the sales team
• Develop the programs to improve the performance of the sales team
• Assisting and executing sales development program projects and those related to Sales & Expansion

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
• Have experience and knowledge of the sales process in retail and data analysis
• Eager to learn
• Excellent communication both on written or verbal
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to go on business trips to all areas
