We are hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to support our North Central Florida market, primarily based in Ocala with additional coverage in Gainesville. This outpatient role follows a consistent Tuesday through Friday schedule with no nights, Sundays, or major holidays.

What You Will Do

• Provide Infusion Therapy – Administer IV and injection treatments, monitor patient response, and deliver exceptional care in a low-acuity outpatient setting.
• Conduct Assessments – Perform evaluations, document in the EHR, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate and Support Patients – Help patients understand their treatment journey with compassion and clinical clarity.
• Ensure Compliance – Uphold HIPAA, OSHA, and clinical protocols; maintain clean, accurate records.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with other RNs, center leadership, and referring providers to coordinate care.
• Support Center Operations – Assist with inventory, prior authorizations, chart prep, and quality initiatives.
• Flex Across Locations – Travel as needed between Ocala and Gainesville centers.
• Perform Additional Duties – Take on other responsibilities as assigned to support patient care and organizational objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Florida or a compact state
• BLS certification required; PALS preferred
• Strong IV and infusion therapy skills
• Experience with specialty biologics and chronic disease management preferred
• Proficiency in EHR documentation and familiarity with HIPAA standards
• Prior experience in outpatient, ambulatory, or specialty clinic settings is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
