The position combines hands-on artistic judgment with leadership responsibilities, including team development, hiring, and performance oversight. You will collaborate closely with production, design, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution across complex pipelines. A key part of your impact will be shaping team structure, workflows, and resource planning to support scalable and efficient art production.
