Summary of Job Duties:

The Senior Program Manager, Student Entrepreneurship Programs, reporting to the Office of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, leads the design and delivery of high-impact, student-facing initiatives within the Office of Entrepreneurship & Innovation (OEI). This position manages OEI’s student startup competitions and other events, early-stage founder engagement, and the Venture Intern Program. The Senior Program Manager works collaboratively with students, faculty, and startup partners to support students at every stage of the entrepreneurial journey—from idea development to real-world application. The role also includes supervisory responsibility for a full-time staff member, a graduate assistant, and a team of students, as well as oversight of event logistics, budget management, and program evaluation.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
