We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Product to join our team.
Who you are
You’re an experienced product leader looking for an opportunity to drive strategic impact within an organization committed to social change.
You are adept at leading teams, setting product vision, and aligning technology strategy with business objectives. You have experience leading a product team focused on internal applications that drive organization efficiency. The idea of helping a company undergo a multi-year digital transformation including implementation of an ERP, building a data foundation, figuring out an AI roadmap for internal productivity, and replatforming a CRM excites you.
You have excellent communication skills, allowing you to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams. You are passionate about mentoring and coaching product managers, fostering a strong product management discipline, and building a culture of continuous improvement.
You are energized by collaborating with executive leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively and drive high-impact technology initiatives.

About the position
As Bridgespan’s Director of Product, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise-level applications and AI initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and business performance. Reporting to the VP of Technology, you will lead the product management function and play a critical role driving product strategy, coaching product managers, and ensuring technology initiatives align with business objectives. As we embark on a company-wide digital transformation, this role will be pivotal in modernizing our enterprise systems, streamlining business processes, and ensuring seamless integration of innovative technologies. This role requires deep expertise in enterprise software, stakeholder management, and product lifecycle execution to deliver innovative solutions that align with business needs.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the overall product strategy and roadmap, aligning it with Bridgespan’s business objectives and digital transformation goals.
Product Development: Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation through launch, with a focus on user experience, performance and scalability.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
Stakeholder collaboration and management: Collaborate closely with executive leadership, business owners, and stakeholders to shape product direction and support change management.
Product Management Excellence: Champion best practices in product management, building a culture of continuous improvement.
Performance Metrics & Reporting: Define key product KPIs and metrics to track performance, adoption, and overall impact on business operations
