The Opportunity

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Organizational Development, the Organizational Development Partner is responsible for supporting the Enterprise approach, strategies, and delivery of core talent management, organizational culture, and employee engagement programs. The person in this role will also partner with People Team Centers of Expertise as well as People & Org team members to deliver on these strategies. A successful person will seek to understand the needs and trends across the organization and work to support successful alignment.

Your Impact

  • Supports global talent management programs and initiatives that aim to measure, develop, manage, and retain the organization's talent pool such as performance management, recognition programs, talent and succession planning, etc.
  • Partners as a thought leader for talent management programs, tools, and technology; Providing support to business and HR leaders, addressing talent management related questions and requests.
  • Ensures effectiveness of programs and provides feedback to other Center of Excellence partners for process, program, practice, and system design.
  • Facilitates upskilling and change management initiatives associated with talent management activities.
  • Enables business and talent to achieve greater results by modeling the attributes and behaviors in QRG’s Leadership Competency Model.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent management, human resources, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of career and talent development and performance management processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail, proactivity, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
