About the Job

Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. We’re currently seeking a Client Services Representative to answer and direct incoming phone calls with excellent customer service, schedule and reschedule services throughout our multiple locations, obtain and organize information for patient charts so providers may easily access client information, and other various administrative and customer services tasks.

Salary Range

$14.50 - $16.00 per hour (Depending on years of experience, and education level)

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Three years of administrative experience and one year of medical administrative experience is preferred but not required
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be proficient on the computer and have a working knowledge of privacy practices
• Some travel is required for this position, so a valid driver’s license is required
