The Director of Merchandising, Women’s Bottoms, Tops, Bras develops the Omni Channel Category Strategies for the business. You will lead the Women’s Bottoms, Tops, Bras Merchandising team by setting the category vision, long range growth plans and global product and pricing architecture to exceed financial goals and consumer expectations following brand vision. You will inspire a customer-focused, growth-minded, creative, and team-oriented approach while guiding product growth plans across the company. About the Job
- Develop compelling global product offering in service to overall business strategies/financial plans and following brand vision.
- Provide thorough and meaningful analysis of product performance, partnering with inventory management on diagnosing; weekly, monthly, quarterly opportunities. Effectively articulate learnings and actions to management and cross-functional partners.
- Shape the global strategy and long-range category plan to guide sustainable, profitable category growth, increase market share, improve productivity and sell through.
- Help lead and create seasonal product big ideas; ensure big idea strategies are able to come to life across all channels, inclusive of ecommerce, retail stores, and wholesale
- Act as a cross-functional connector: communicate and engage strategic plans and direction with internal and external cross-functional partners to inspire understanding and execution to a common vision.
- Collaborate with Design, Product Development, and Production on seasonal and longer term product initiatives; fabric rationalization, margin goals and commercialization of product for optimal productivity.
- Identify business and marketplace product and pricing trends; focus on pursuing latest opportunities and mitigating risks to achieve business growth.
- Deliver qualitative and quantitative product feedback to internal and external cross-functional partners and merchandising leadership.
- Create a multi-level team that is culturally connected and creative with a focus on delighting the consumer.
- Lead the team through Merchandising milestones, coordinating deadlines and deliverables with business partners and peers.

About You
- 10+ year experience in the apparel industry in Merchandising
- Inspiring leadership with a vision for your team to set priorities, scale for growth, and elevate the team’s overall impact
- Strong experience leading an inclusive team and hiring amazing and diverse talent.
- Previous product development experience in apparel; bottoms/bras product knowledge
- Proficient in software applications: Microsoft Word, Excel (can perform complex functions), Miro, PowerPoint
- Ability to travel to enhance understanding of the product creation process, the marketplace and our consumers
The expected starting salary range for this role is $142,100- $200,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
