Manager, Technology Operations - Latin America & Central Europe (233)

This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead our Latin America and Central Europe ERP systems through steady-state operations and drive the successful transition to Oracle Fusion. This role is responsible for managing a high-performing technical ERP team and acting as the primary liaison to Horizon, ensuring strong alignment between business strategy, system capabilities, and transformation goals.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in ERP systems including BST, NetSuite, SuiteProjects Pro, and Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM and CX modules), as well as strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a technical ERP team responsible for the maintenance, development, and optimization of our current NetSuite-based ERP environment.
• Serve as the primary liaison to Horizon, coordinating communication, requirements, timelines, and deliverables between internal teams and Horizon stakeholders.
• Oversee system health and performance in a steady-state environment while preparing for and executing a strategic migration to Oracle Fusion.
• Lead the planning and decommissioning of legacy ERP platforms to move to Oracle Fusion.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions, aligning with cross-functional needs from Finance, HR, and Operations.
• Help manage ERP-related projects, timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to milestones.
• Ensure system integrity, data quality, and compliance with regulatory and security standards.
• Foster team development through coaching, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage relationships with software vendors, third-party consultants, and support partners.
• Help develop and deliver executive-level updates on ERP program status, risks, and progress. 

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP experience, including at least 3 years managing or leading technical ERP teams.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, especially HCM and CX modules.
• Strong understanding of BST, NetSuite, SuiteProjects Pro, and associated project-based financial workflows.
• Demonstrated success leading or playing a key role in an ERP transformation or cloud migration.
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to interface between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience working with external partners or vendors, ideally with a liaison or program manager capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $102,000.00 - $181,720.00

WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.

Expected Salary (Colorado only): $102,000.00 - $170,500.00
