Job Summary:

JOB SUMMARY
This position will be recruiting in the High Volume Space. The main areas would be Environmental Services and Family / Guest Services. Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates under occasional guidance. Provides the best quality service to hiring managers and job candidates through sourcing and selection.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyzes the requirements of the open position in collaboration with the hiring manager and HR colleagues.
• Builds pipelines of prospective candidates through professional networks, targeted outreach and recruitment events.
• Sources and pre-screens applicants to identify the best candidates for hiring manager review.
• Coordinates the compensation efforts between the Compensation department and the hiring manager.
• Leverages Talent Operations key metrics and collaborates with HR colleagues on issues.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES
• Networking (Intermediate): Build relationships through industry contacts, professional organizations and individuals.
• Recruiting Needs Assessment (Intermediate): Determine specific staffing needs including overall experience, competency and education needs and requirements.
• Interviewing (Intermediate): Gather information for purposes of recruitment, customer requirements, business needs and other subjects.
• Documentation (Intermediate): Ensures that all documentation is complete, accurate, thorough, and compliant.
