You Are:
The Program/Project Management Lead Senior Manager will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.
The Work:
- Lead bioinformatic programs that enable Accenture to deliver its technology expertise in the context of our medical research and scientific clients
- Make and maintain client relationships
- Create, lead and develop teams to deliver quality work
- Enable growth through on contract opportunities and by shaping net new opportunities
- Collaborate across teams and serve as an expert as needed
Here's What You Need:
- Bachelors Degree or 10+ years of industry experience
- Bioinformatic experience in Federal medical research and scientific agencies
- Experience leading a team, project and/or program
Bonus Points If:
- 15+ years of industry experience
- Advanced scientific degree and informatics experience
- Successful candidate has excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills
- Able to balance bioinformatic and business management needs to deliver profitable work
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
