We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager (PM) with technical and data skills to help build the next wave of capabilities for our personal AI, Copilot. You will impact the lives of hundreds of millions of users by creating experiences for the consumer Copilot app on PC and collaborating with internal and external partners to ship quickly and innovate boldly. Responsibilities:As a Principal Product Manager, you will balance creativity, curiosity, and technical expertise to drive challenging projects to successful completion. You will work closely with engineers, designers, other product managers, and AI researchers to take ambiguous projects and mold them into amazing experiences to delight our customers. This role requires a balance of technical skills and effective collaboration skills. You will:

• Own a product area and be responsible for understanding user needs and behaviors, defining product requirements, and managing end-to-end product development, launches, and iterations.
• Find a path to get things done despite roadblocks to get your work into the hands of users quickly and iteratively.
• Translate business goals into strategy, user experience, and technical requirements in close collaboration with UX designers and AI model training teams.
• Define goals and performance indicators, set up and oversee experiments, measure success, and iterate.
• Dive deep into the data to understand user behaviors and business performance to uncover product opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams to build exceptional consumer-grade applications.

Qualifications:Required/Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 8 years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development 
• OR equivalent experience. 

Additional or Preferred Qualifications 

• Bachelor's Degree AND 10 years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development 
• OR equivalent experience. 
• Experience building consumer products
• Experience building consumer products for large screens (Windows/Mac/Web
