We are looking forward to your application.   </p><p>At Enpal, you will be responsible for:   </p><ul><li><p><strong>Product Vision &amp; Strategy</strong>: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Enpal Energy products that span topics such as our green electricity tariff, direct marketing and VPP (Virtual Power Plant). Translate business requirements into technical solutions while maintaining a balance between scalability, speed, and business goals.   </p></li></ul><ul><li><p><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration</strong>: Lead complex product development efforts across multiple teams. You will work closely with engineering teams (IoT, Customer App and Platform) and with our external partners to create impactful solutions for our products within Enpal Energy.</p></li><li><p><strong>Stakeholder Management &amp; Communication</strong>: Drive alignment across the organization by managing stakeholders at all levels. Provide high-level reporting on key initiatives, metrics, and OKRs. Transform complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.   </p></li><li><p><strong>Technical Product Development</strong>: Own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, prioritizing features and capabilities based on business impact and technical constraints.
