We're inviting professionals from around the world to join our mission and contribute to the future of mRNA medicines.</p><p></p><p>As Sr. Specialist, Global Supply Chain Change Management, you will play a vital role in driving timely, strategic implementation of change control initiatives supporting Moderna’s global Life Cycle Management (LCM) projects. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Global Supply Planning and Lifecycle Project teams to ensure consistent progress of critical Supply Chain changes. The ideal candidate brings a systems mindset, project agility, and a strong command of global supply chain dynamics, all while operating within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Here’s What You’ll Do</span></b></p><p><b><span>Your key responsibilities will be:</span></b></p><p><span>Leading the initiation and execution of Global Supply Chain change controls across LCM projects using established change management tools and systems.</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Conducting thorough change impact assessments, including readiness evaluations and risk mitigation planning.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Reporting project status regularly in LCM project meetings, aligned to evolving timelines and project complexity.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partnering with the Global Supply Chain Lifecycle Project Management Team to ensure seamless tracking, documentation, and status visibility of deliverables.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintaining and evolving performance metrics to monitor and enhance the success of the Change Management process.</span></p></li><li><p><b><span>Your responsibilities will also include:</span></b></p></li><li><p><span>Supporting the ongoing improvement of Global Supply Chain Change Management processes and business systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborating with project managers to align individual project goals with broader supply chain strategies and product lifecycle roadmaps.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensuring project plans remain consistent with business priorities, tracking shifts, and addressing execution risks.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Supporting cross-functional projects involving market launch, variation management, and new product entry.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Performing additional duties as assigned in support of supply chain initiatives and global operational excellence.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>The key Moderna Mindsets you’ll need to succeed in the role:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>“We digitize everywhere possible using the power of code to maximize our impact on patients.”<br/>In this role, you’ll leverage digital platforms such as Veeva QMS and other quality systems to drive efficiency, traceability, and regulatory compliance in global change control efforts.</span></p></li><li><p><span>“We obsess over learning.
