ROLE:

To protect the guests, employees, assets, and reputation of Soleil Management. To ensure a safe and secure environment through acute observations, rapid response, and enforcement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow all Safety and Security procedures to protect and ensure the safety of our guests, employees and assets.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule based on business needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction with owners and guests.
• Assisting and providing supervision for the security department and helping to assist the Security Manager with daily functions.
• First line of contact when the Security Manager is not on property.
• Responsible for the field training of new officers.
• Providing of safety and security for all guests, visitors and employees.
• Complete all appropriate documentation regarding violations or infractions witnessed by or reported to Security.
• Patrol property via foot/vehicle and oversee adjoining public areas.
• Protect and preserve all resort property from damage, vandalism and theft.
• Maintain confidentiality and perform in a discreet and tactful manner at all times.
• Provide rapid response and thorough investigation of all requests for assistance from guests or employees.
• Perform light maintenance upon request.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule.
• Perform all other job requests as assigned by management in a timely manner.
• Complete incident reports in electronic format to required standard.
• Assist when needed in all areas of the property in the event of an emergency.

Requirements

• Must have 3 years of verifiable security experience.
• One year of experience in a security supervisory role is required.
• Must have effective oral and written English communication skills.
• Must be able to maintain a calm demeanor while dealing with emergencies and agitated individuals.
• Computer literacy which is not limited to Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Prior security or customer service experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
