The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director, HR Business Partner to join our growing, industry-leading technology company to help drive our People Strategy. This role reports to the Director, HR Business Partner.The Associate Director, HR Business Partner works closely with executives, managers, and the HR Field Team to execute talent and organizational strategies intended to attract, develop, and engage a diverse workforce. You will play an integral role in building, supporting, and continuously improving a high-performance culture in a rapidly transforming business.
You will be the senior HR Partner for two core business units: Products & Technology (700 full-time employees) and Enabling Services (150 full-time employees). You will also lead and mentor a small team of HR Business Partners to further develop their skills and ensure HR processes are executed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Design and implement forward-thinking talent strategies that align with business objectives, using data-driven planning and strong judgment.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, managers, and the HR team. Consult with and coach senior leaders on all people-related matters, including talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, employee relations, team effectiveness, and organizational design.
Team Leadership: Guide and develop junior HRBPs, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Provide direction, delegate effectively, and motivate others to create a highly engaged and respected team.
HR Expertise: Serve as a hands-on leader consistently demonstrating deep expertise in day-to-day HR activities. Ensure high-quality execution of core HR processes, while encouraging strategic thinking and continuous improvement across the team.
Project Management: Take a proactive approach to overseeing core HR processes. Demonstrate strong time management in leading multiple initiatives simultaneously and maintaining a balance between strategic, long-term initiatives with day-to-day HR activities.
Data-Driven Insights: Partner with People Analytics to leverage insights and trends that inform talent strategies, contributing to continuous improvement in decision-making.
Cross-Collaboration: Serve as a thought partner across the business and HR COEs to drive initiatives that enhance engagement, productivity, and overall business performance.
