About the RoleThe Supervisor, Inbound Sales (Acquisitions), leads and develops a high performing inbound sales team responsible for acquiring new customers across multiple product lines. This role is built for a sales driven people leader who is energized by fast paced environments and brings hands on experience coaching the behaviors that fuel conversion, revenue, and sustained growth.

Schedule & Availability
- Open availability is required
- Department operates 7 days a week, 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST
- Supervisors must be able to work any shift within operating hours based on business needs
- Example shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (not guaranteed)
- Days off vary and are not fixed
- Flexibility is a non‑negotiable requirement due to the nature of the business and operating model.

Training & Onboarding
Training is designed based on experience level:
Internal / Interim Leaders
- “Plug‑and‑play” onboarding for those already performing similar supervisory duties
- Includes leaders in comparable roles
External / New Leaders
- Participation in the Championship Habits Program, including:
- End‑to‑end, self‑paced learning
- Job shadowing with experienced supervisors
- Hands‑on coaching and partnership with the manager
Team Structure & Product Scope
- Lead a team of approximately 12 direct reports (this can vary throughout the year)

- Landline
- XH
- All sales performance is metric driven, with clear goals and incentives tied to results.
What You’ll Do
As an Inbound Sales Supervisor, you will oversee the daily performance and execution of an inbound sales team while ensuring consistent delivery against acquisition goals.
