What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage one or more products within the Membership portfolio

• Define product vision, develop roadmaps, and lead product strategy for benefits, services, and operations

• Build compelling business cases and support budget development

• Manage and mentor other product managers and business analysts

• Identify new product opportunities and formulate innovative strategies

• Align technology priorities with business needs through collaboration with IT and stakeholders

• Evaluate internal and external partnerships to enhance product offerings

• Promote a continuous improvement mindset to evolve existing products

• Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the organization

What You’ll Bring

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management

• Proven success managing products from concept to delivery

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in membership, association management, digital experience, or customer analytics domains

• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and mentoring of direct reports

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Familiarity with industry best practices in digital product development

Expected salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000

Other benefits include eligibility for annual incentives, 12% pension employer contribution, and competitive medical benefits.
