Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to&nbsp;eliminate&nbsp;the connectivity gaps faced by today’s five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who&nbsp;remain&nbsp;unconnected.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Position Overview</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>AST Space Mobile is seeking a <strong>Production Control Associate </strong>who is responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of materials, parts, and work orders throughout the production process to ensure materials are available to support manufacturing schedules and customer delivery requirements. This position supports production control activities by monitoring inventory, work-in-process (WIP), material shortages, and production priorities to maintain operational efficiency and schedule adherence. The Production Expediter works closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure the timely movement of materials and products through the manufacturing process.</p> <p><strong>Base Pay is $22</strong></p> <p><strong>Shift Schedules</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>1st Shift – Days:</strong><br>Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. (4x10 schedule) with paid lunch and breaks</li> <li><strong>2nd Shift – Nights:</strong><br>Monday–Thursday, 6:00 p.m.–4:00 a.m. (4x10 schedule) with a 10% shift differential and paid lunch and breaks</li> <li><strong>3rd Shift – Weekends:</strong><br>Friday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (3x12 schedule) with a 20% shift differential and paid lunch and breaks</li> <li>Flexibility: Night and weekend shifts may be available with shift differential pay depending on business needs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong>&am
