About this role
Provide a motivated, results-oriented college student with an opportunity to gain experience designing embedded hardware and/or software.
Work with a team of about 25 engineers who specialize in different roles, including electrical, software, and mechanical engineering.
This role is based in downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana, a vibrant city with a growing and innovative business community, affordable living, impressive education opportunities, and diverse entertainment options.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing embedded hardware and/or software.
- Work with experienced engineers to learn about design processes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions.
- Gain an understanding of the basics of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment operation.
- Learn basic principles relating to regulatory and governmental HVAC safety requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3.0 or higher GPA
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
