Job Summary

 

SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Beverage Supervisor to oversee the beverage program for both Retail and Catering operations at Cultivated. As the Lead Beverage Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our beverage services, delivering high-quality offerings that complement our culinary excellence.

 

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

* Develop and execute a comprehensive beverage program for both Retail and Catering, ensuring alignment with event themes and client preferences. 
* Source and curate an impressive selection of beverages, including wines, spirits, craft beers and nonalcoholic options to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
* Lead and inspire a team of beverage staff, including bartenders and beverage servers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. 
* Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s knowledge of products, service standards, and event specific requirements.
* Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure the consistent delivery of high quality beverages and service.
* Monitor and elevate beverage trends to continually enhance offerings and stay ahead of industry developments.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their beverage preferences and customize offerings accordingly.
* Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and feedback related to the beverage program, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate with purchasing department to manage inventory, orders, and deliveries of beverages.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
* Maintain accurate records related to inventory, sales and compliance documentation. 
* Send beverage requisitions and pull sheets for each event on time.
* Work as Beverage Champion for property
* Supervise catering functions as directed of Senior Manager/Director
