Quality Engineer Corrective and Preventive Actions Investigator Lead

As a Quality Engineer/ Corrective and Preventive Actions Investigator Lead, you will be trusted to lead a group of investigators and play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization identifies, addresses, and prevents quality-related issues effectively. This role will be in Houston, Texas and a typical day will include:

• Investigating and managing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) across the organization to improve processes, mitigate risks, and maintain regulatory compliance.
• The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, collaborative, and skilled in root cause analysis, with a strong commitment to quality.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• 2 Years of Relevant Experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical device or pharma experience
• Leading a team
