From vegan food to resource-efficient buildings to solar cells, we develop sustainable solutions that change the future.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>To strengthen our HUB team in Pilsen we are looking for:</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Legal Counsel Commercial</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><u><span><span><b>Job Responsibilities</b></span></span></u></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>Advising the WACKER business divisions, in particular POLYMERS and POLYSILICON, on all legal issues in close cooperation with the Munich legal team</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Drafting, reviewing and revising commercial sales contracts and other contracts relevant to the WACKER business divisions as well as supporting the business teams in contract negotiations - independently as well as with the support of a senior legal counsel</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Supporting interdisciplinary projects from a legal perspective</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Legal research, drafting of expert opinions and statements</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Preparation and drafting of general terms and conditions, contract templates and sample clauses</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Close exchange with the legal departments in Germany, China and the USA</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Development and implementation of legal training measures</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Monitoring legislation and case law in the relevant European jurisdictions</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><u><span><span><b>Job Requirements</b></span></span></u></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>Fully qualified lawyer with a Master's degree in Law (Mgr.)</span></span></li> <li><span><span>At least 3 years of professional experience in a law firm and/or as inhouse lawyer at a company</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Experience in commercial law and contract negotiations is an advantage</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Experience in providing legal advice to commercial or business teams</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Very good knowledge of international contract and commercial law. Basic knowledge of German law is an advantage</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Excellent written and spoken English skills, including legal terminology, are required.
