Loan Processing & Closing Specialist

Farm Credit of Northwest Florida is seeking a Loan Processing and Closing Specialist to join our team in our Marianna, Tallahassee, Monticello, or Milton office. In this position, you will deliver exceptional service to all clients and provide a consistent client experience that aligns with the mission and vision of Farm Credit of Northwest Florida.  

This position will track and review core loan file documentation, such as title insurance and appraisals, and prepare loan closing and servicing documents and disclosures for simple to complex loan transactions.

Required Qualifications:

• Education and/or experience equivalent to an Associate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Four to five years of lending, legal, and/or title review experience, including two or more years in a field requiring document preparation.
• Highly organized and motivated with an adaptive attitude of teamwork and quality workmanship.
• Strong analysis, judgment, and communications (oral & written) skills.
• Work independently to be assertive and decisive in arriving at sound business decisions.
• Proficient in technology with desire to learn new software programs.
• Must have demonstrated aptitude in dealing effectively with the public.
• Organize and prioritize work in order to efficiently handle projects and activities.
• Working hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of consumer lending regulations
• Experience reviewing title work or legal documents

The base salary range for the position is $46,000 - $56,300 plus variable compensation tied to a general incentive plan. Additionally, up to 9% employer contribution to your 401K as part of a full benefits package.  Proficient in English and bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 – 5:00.
