Job Title: Bilingual Sales Advocate

Our company is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Sales Advocate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of sales success. This is a full-time position with weekly pay, hourly plus commission.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients

- Meet and exceed sales goals and targets

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish

- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times

- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales objectives

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions

Requirements:

- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required 

- Proven track record of sales success

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong work ethic and self-motivated

- Open availability to work weekends and evenings

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- High school diploma or equivalent

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $12.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
