Job Description
This role can be based in either our San Francisco or Sunnyvale office. At LinkedIn we trust each other to do our best work where it works best for us and our teams. This role offers a hybrid work option, meaning you can both work from home and commute to a LinkedIn office, depending on what’s best for you and when it’s important for your team to be together.
The Hire Integrations product marketing team is responsible for a wide portfolio of integrations between our products and external partners in the hiring space. As the Director of this team you will be responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of our integrations - from development to partner engagement to launch and finally driving customer adoption. You will directly impact one of the most important pillars of our hire product strategy and drive experiences that make our customers more productive and successful. A successful candidate will bring strategic vision for our Integrations products go-to-market strategy and will have experience working in cross-functional, matrixed and fast paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Make strategic recommendations across multi-year time horizons using a complex set of inputs such as impact, strategic value, customer demand and ease of execution.
- Drive partner marketing and customer demand strategy to support partnership goals
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for hire integration product launches together with a cross functional team which includes sales enablement, integrated marketing, product and BD
- Own and exceed customer activation goals via marketing and sales enablement
- Drive strategic focus and executional excellence across a cross functional team that spans product, BD, sales, customer success, sales enablement and integrated marketing
- Ensure we prioritize the right integrations and partnerships by surfacing key customer and market insights
- Partner with senior leaders across sales, BD, product and marketing
- Lead and develop a team of high performing product marketers
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of general marketing strategy experience - e.g., product marketing, management consulting, business operations, or marketing strategy
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Experience in a B2B role
Preferred Qualifications
- Outstanding communication (oral and written), and interpersonal skills
- Experience developing and launching integrations a major plus
- Proven ability to collaborate with senior cross-functional partners to shape business strategy
- Comfort and experience solving unstructured problems with many complex dependencies
- Ability to model and lead executional excellence for a team
- Experience working with data to generate actionable insights, improvements and recommendations

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $160,000 - $250,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
