Senior Product Manager, Distribution

The Senior Product Manager for distribution will drive creator success by developing breakthrough distribution and marketing automation tools. You'll own the product strategy that powers the creator economy's future, directly impacting how tens of thousands of creators grow and monetize their audiences. This role reports to our Director of Product Management for Kajabi's Creator Tools.

The Impact You Will Make

Drive Creator Revenue Growth

• Own the complete creator distribution roadmap covering email marketing, audience segmentation, sales funnel optimization, and reach-expanding integrations
• Deliver measurable improvements to key creator metrics: audience growth rates, conversion performance, and sales effectiveness
• Build solutions that help creators attract, nurture, and convert audiences more effectively

Shape Product Strategy

• Develop and champion a long-term vision for creator distribution tools addressing the full attract-nurture-convert funnel
• Present data-driven product strategies to leadership, securing buy-in for high-impact investments
• Establish thought leadership in the rapidly evolving creator economy

Execute at Scale

• Partner with engineering and design to deliver ambitious roadmaps on achievable timelines
• Define clear, detailed product requirements that minimize ambiguity and accelerate execution
• Foster continuous innovation and experimentation within your product area

Expand Platform Value

• Identify and nurture strategic partnerships that enhance Kajabi's ecosystem
• Integrate innovative solutions that provide tangible creator benefits
• Leverage market insights to stay ahead of creator economy trends

About You 

• 5+ years of product management experience with proven success in marketing technology (MarTech) solutions
• Hands-on PM experience building audience segmentation, marketing funnels, campaign management, analytics, and conversion optimization tools
• Track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and deliver impactful products
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools to accelerate core product management workflows including rapid prototyping, user research synthesis, competitive analysis, and feature specification development
• Comfortable integrating AI-powered features into product roadmaps, understanding both capabilities and limitations of current AI technologies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to distill complex strategies into clear narratives for senior leadership
• Strong analytical capabilities using qualitative and quantitative data to drive product decisions and track progress
• Strategic thinking about the complete customer lifecycle with ability to translate vision into cohesive product roadmaps

Product Management Excellence

• Demonstrated ability to define detailed product requirements for engineering and design teams
• Experience prioritizing and executing against ambitious roadmaps while setting realistic timelines
• Data-informed decision-making balanced with bias for action and rapid iteration

Bonus if you Have 

• Deep knowledge of the creator economy and creator business models
• Prior experience developing products for creator-focused or similar audiences
• Background in growth product management or marketing automation platforms
