THE JOB:  As a Customed Beverage Server to expedite guests' drink orders and provide beverages, while create unique and show-stopping experiences for our guests.

THE STARTING RATE: $11.00 + Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Provide and expedite beverage orders for guests

• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned area, side station, tables, and POS station

• Collect money and follow all proper cash handling and comp procedures

• Maintain assigned wardrobe and/or costumes in accordance with established standard

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holiday

• Knowledgeable of beverages on menu, including characteristics of wine and champagne by the glass, major wines, liquor brands, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, terminology, and garnishes

• Knowledgeable of computers and Point of Sale (POS) systems

• Two (2) years’ experience as a cocktail server in a similar high-volume bar or nightclub

• Experience working in a nightclub and/or entertainment venue

• Food and beverage/cocktail service experience

• Experience using social media platforms

• Bilingual, with English as a primary or secondary language
