What You Will Be Doing

We’re seeking a Lead Front-End Mobile Application Developer to drive the design and delivery of high-performance, cross-platform mobile experiences. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in Ionic Framework, native iOS (Swift), and Android (Java) development, and a passion for crafting scalable, accessible, and visually stunning applications. You’ll lead a talented team in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment, architecting enterprise-grade solutions that integrate real-time video capture and processing, with bonus points for experience using ONNX. If you thrive in fast-paced settings, love mentoring others, and bring a sharp eye for UI/UX design, performance optimization, and mobile best practices—this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What You Will Bring

• 8+ years of experience in mobile application development

• Expertise in Ionic Framework (Angular/Capacitor preferred)

• Proficient in iOS development using Swift and Android development using Java

• Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment

• Hands-on experience building mobile applications that capture and process video

• Familiarity with mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVC), RESTful APIs, and asynchronous programming

• Strong experience with Git and Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps

• Experience working in environments that prioritize compliance with mobile security and privacy best practices

• Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
