Business Ops Manager - FT

Position Overview:

The Business Operations Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the practice including overseeing all duties of the front and back office operations and makes key business decisions. Is responsible for proposing and managing budgets, ensuring the practice remains financially sustainable while delivering excellent customer service. The manager will represent the clinic at physician and senior leader-level meetings, as well as communicate with the clinic's medical staff, department heads, clinicians and other subordinate staff. Responsible for the successful day-to-day operations of the practice.
