This is a permanent, full-time role. Successful candidates will receive a permanent employment contract, regardless of location.
The role:
- Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and help collect the right data to understand their system environments.
- Assist with mapping data and collaborate with domain experts to ensure smooth integration workflows.
- Lead training sessions for end-users.
- Offer technical support to customers during the software implementation and deployment stages.
- Help create and maintain technical documentation, including installation guides, user manuals, and technical specs.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams (including pre-sales, product leads, engineers, and domain experts) to ensure smooth and successful deployments for customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
- 1-3 years of experience in software implementation, data management, or a related area.
- Experience working with data and familiar with data integration tools.
- A good understanding of corporate software environments, such as PDM or ERP systems.
- Solid foundation in database design and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (Java, Python, or C++).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Comfort with using software tools for data manipulation and analysis.
- Creative thinker with the ability to approach problems from new perspectives.
- Curiosity and eagerness to find innovative solutions to complex data challenges.
- Must be residing in and legally permitted to work in the US.
