As a summer associate, you will help strengthen our understanding of industry trends, competitive positioning, and strategic opportunities to drive our distribution strategy and priorities

As a Financial Business Analysis Summer Associate, you will perform one or more of the following tasks:

• Support projects, including assessments of new strategic opportunities, across distribution, service, and investment management business areas.
• Utilize business analytics to analyze industry data sources, perform trends analysis and market sizing, and derive segment and product insights across the asset management industry
• Partner with cross-functional teams to incorporate relevant information, such as qualitative data, that influences modeling and forecasting assumptions.

• You are a current student pursuing a MBA or master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
• You have an anticipated Spring 2025 graduation date and a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
• You have effective written and oral communication skills with team members and managers
• You collaborate and work effectively as part of a team.
• You demonstrate initiative by identifying issues and recommending solutions.
• Prior experience with data modeling preferred
• You have knowledge of a variety of programming languages, including SQL, SAS, SPSS and other 4GLs, and web tools for data mining

Base Hourly Rate: $40 / hour

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
