The Opportunity

AutoFair Automotive Group is expanding! We are seeking a Part-Time Service Valet & Concierge to join our inaugural team at the brand-new, standalone Genesis of Manchester facility in Bedford, NH.

As the face of the Genesis Service Valet program, you are a key part of our "client-first" mission. We are looking for a personable, professional, and adaptable individual who takes pride in providing world-class hospitality and is ready to support the dealership's daily operations through a variety of essential logistics tasks.

Responsibilities

• Guest Relations: Greet every guest with a warm, personable attitude-treating them as an "honored guest" in our home.

• Genesis Service Valet: Safely transport guest vehicles between the dealership and their home or office for a seamless, luxury service experience.

• Luxury Shuttle Ambassador: Provide professional transportation for guests in the Manchester and Bedford area.

• Operational Logistics: Perform essential dealership tasks including parts transport, lot organization, and courier services.

• Administrative Support: Assist the team with vehicle registrations and other time-sensitive dealership errands.

• Quality Control: Assist with pre-delivery inspections (PDI) to ensure every vehicle is clean, fueled, and presented to the highest standards.

Requirements

• Professional Presentation: Must be presentable and adhere to a professional dress code. A polished appearance is required at all times to reflect the Genesis luxury brand.

• Interpersonal Excellence: Must be personable and comfortable interacting with high-level clientele and dealership personnel.

• Driving Endurance: Must be able to operate a vehicle safely for extended periods, upwards of 5 hours per shift.

• Clean Record: Valid driver's license and a clean driving history are mandatory.

• Flexibility: Both morning and afternoon shifts are available. Please specify your preference during the application process.
