About the Role
As a Sr. Manager of Laboratory, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the laboratory operations within CliniComp. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of laboratory processes, implementing quality control measures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve laboratory performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee laboratory operations and ensure adherence to quality control measures and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve laboratory performance.
- Lead and manage a team of laboratory professionals.
- Monitor and analyze laboratory metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laboratory regulations and accreditation requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as vendors and regulatory bodies.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in laboratory technology and recommend implementation of new tools and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in laboratory operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory regulations and accreditation requirements.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and process improvement in laboratory operations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret laboratory metrics and develop strategies based on insights.
