$30.70 - $46.05Advocate Lutheran General Hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated PM Supervisor of Pharmacy Technicians to lead our evening operations within a fast paced, patient focused hospital pharmacy setting. This role is ideal for a hands on leader who is passionate about mentoring teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring safe, timely medication distribution during PM hours.
In this role, you will supervise and support pharmacy technicians, coordinate daily operational activities, and partner closely with pharmacists and interdisciplinary teams to maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance. You’ll play a key role in staff development, scheduling, problem solving, and ensuring smooth transitions across shifts—all while contributing to exceptional patient care at one of Advocate Health’s flagship hospitals.
