Senior Analyst, Partnership - WFS SMB Account Management

About the Role 
Are you passionate about driving success in retail partnerships and optimizing performance? As a Sr. Partnership Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing trends, managing relationships, and executing strategic initiatives that support business growth. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and retail partners to enhance operations, resolve challenges, and identify new opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Strategic Insights 

• Generate reports and analyze trends to support managers in optimizing retail partnerships. 

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess performance against business goals. 

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on pricing, sales, and operational data. 

Account Strategy & Business Solutions 

• Contribute to the development of account strategies for sub-categories by analyzing key data points. 

• Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions. 

• Adapt to evolving business needs, organizational changes, and competitive market dynamics. 

Retail Partner & Relationship Management 

• Serve as a key point of contact for retail partners, addressing WFS related inquiries

• Work closely with distributors, brands, and retail partners to resolve escalated issues and strengthen relationships. 

• Enhance the partner experience by providing self-service resources, such as FAQs, instructional videos, and webinars. 

Performance Optimization & Collaboration 

• Assist in the development and execution of action plans to improve partnership performance. 

• Work closely with internal teams to address partner needs and resolve challenges. 

Leadership & People Development 

• Foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous learning. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field  

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations. 

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills. 

• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

• A proactive problem-solver who can navigate challenges and drive business success.
