Job Title: Martial and Couples Therapist
Location: Chicago, IL (River North)

Martial and Couples Therapist Requirements:
· Master's (Required)
· Must be proficiently trained in marriage and family therapy for independent skilled practice
· LMFT, ALMFT, LCPC and LCSW licensure accepted
Martial and Couples Therapist Compensation:
· $65,000 -$85,000
· Annual compensation is based on a combination of individual applicant factors, including experience, and volume of direct services to our patients. Supervision of unlicensed clinicians and students may also factor in.

Job Type:
· Full-time (minimum of 22 clinical billable hours)
· Hybrid schedule

Candidates must not maintain current employment relationships with other private practices or group practices. WCG requires all employees to sign a non-compete agreement.
