What are we looking for? Minimum of three years of experience in business management or related field of work area that demonstrates ability to plan, coordinate, innovate, implement, and improve projects and programs. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field appropriate to work of the position is preferred. One year of supervisory experience. Must have the ability to organize and coordinate multiple high visibility projects simultaneously. Skill to deal with employees at various levels in the organization and to represent the division with customers external to the organization. Must have the ability and skill to research and analyze situations in order to solve or resolve problems and complete tasks. Skill to operate a personal computer and associated peripheral equipment and software. Skill to prepare documentation and presentations in proper format. Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. This position is designated "Mission Essential". In the event of severe weather conditions or other such emergency type situations (nature or man-made disaster) the incumbent is required to report to work or remain at work as scheduled to support mission operations.
