Capital Construction Project Manager
Location: Brunswick, Maine
We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven Capital Construction Project Manager to lead a major capital construction project at our Brunswick manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll be at the center of planning and execution—coordinating teams, managing budgets and timelines, and making sure everything runs safely and smoothly, from blueprint to build-out.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the daily, weekly, and monthly execution of the capital construction project—keeping it on schedule, within budget, and up to Mölnlycke’s standards.
- Monitor progress on-site, address construction challenges as they arise, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Own project documentation, reporting, and scheduling updates, including presenting regular progress reports to senior leadership.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, architects, and engineers to keep communication flowing and everyone aligned.
- Make smart, timely decisions to keep things moving—and know when to escalate.
- Manage change orders, evaluate project performance, and drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- Proven success leading large-scale construction projects, preferably in manufacturing environments.
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, building codes, materials, and regulations.
- Strong project management skills—budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management are second nature to you.
- Confidence using construction software and technology.
- The ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across functions, from the shop floor to the boardroom.
- Personal urgency, persistence, and a practical mindset when navigating complex challenges.
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this role is $140,000 - $170,000 and is eligible for an annual bonus.
