 $20.01–$25.48/hr ($41K–$52K) + $2,200 On-Call Pay

At Community Integrated Health Services (CIHS), we’re looking for a Certified Peer Counselor to support youth and families in their recovery journey through our WISe program. This is a chance to do meaningful, community-based work while being part of a supportive, team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

Support youth and families using your lived experience
Help develop and follow recovery/treatment plans
Partner with clinicians and WISe team members
Encourage skill-building and self-directed recovery
Share observations and support ongoing care decisions
Help engage diverse youth and families in services
QualificationsWhat You Bring

WA State Certified Peer Specialist credential from Department of Health  
High school diploma or equivalent
Personal or lived experience with mental health and/or substance use recovery
2+ years of peer support experience
