Business Analyst Sales

Working as a Business Analyst at GXO Logistics – HQ Eindhoven

 

What you will do as a Business Analyst:

 

Sales & Account Management

• Develop and own the sales and account management process and support teams by creating standard documentation & templates to ensure GXO's uniformity and quality standards

• Be the regional key user for the CRM system and maintain accurate data throughout Salesforce

 

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor the progress of strategic initiatives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement

• Developing detailed sales forecasting
• Provide ad hoc analyses to the sales and account management teams

 

Strategic Planning

• Contribute to developing business procedures and best practices to maximize sales performance

• Propose and implement improvements for the sales/account team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic initiatives with overall business goals.

What makes you the ideal Business Analyst:

• Proven experience as a Sales Business Analyst, preferably in a strategic or business development role
• You are already living in the Netherlands or Belgium
• Proficiency in English and clear, concise communication is required, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with proficiency in data analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Proficient in using business intelligence software (Power BI) and CRM software (Salesforce)
